How much do you ACTUALLY take the time for yourself to COMPLETELY relax? Doing absolutely nothing! Not even reading a book, scrolling your phone, watching tv, or even chatting… But actually setting the intention to relieve ourselves of all tention, for the body to drop down to the earth, and elevate the spirit up to the sky… When do you truly do this? Except when sleeping… We can do this throughout the day, even when you don’t have the time to do this. If you believe you don’t have time – this is probably when you need it most! You can take 1 minute even… With a deep inhale, and complete exhale. And then STOP everything! I invite you to forget about everything and everyone. Even your imagination, every projection, every dream. STOP! And go back to that space within, where there is just nothing. By really taking this time to go back to the space of nothingness within, only then we actually connect with our source where we can be fueled again, to create from a much more authentic place, connected with our own soul. But it is absolutely essential to relax completely. So… I really invite you to take a moment to find a way to relieve and allow yourself to this relaxation because your body and mind need this. We already live in a world full of stress, anxiety, fear… We are absolutely OVERLOADED with energies. So take the time to discharge, relieve yourself and relax.
